Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aslam Marketing CXO, we stand behind the quality of our work. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds and cancellations apply to our services, subscriptions, funding programs, and courses.

1. Service Engagements (Digital Marketing, Development, AI Automation)

  • Once a project has been initiated and resources (strategy, creative, development, ad accounts) have been deployed, fees are non-refundable.
  • If the Client cancels before project kickoff, a refund may be considered after deducting onboarding, planning, and administrative charges.
  • For monthly retainers, cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partially consumed months.
  • Ad budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) are refunded strictly as per the platform’s own refund rules and are not controlled by Aslam Marketing CXO.

2. Courses & Training Programs

  • Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our courses, all course and training fees are non-refundable once access credentials have been shared.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing content, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve access or provide a suitable alternative.
  • Live cohorts and workshops may be rescheduled at our discretion; participants will be notified in advance.

3. Growth Funding Program

  • Funding is disbursed as a performance-based growth investment. Application fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Approved funds are deployed directly into marketing, development, or AI systems as per the agreed funding plan and cannot be redirected or withdrawn as cash.

4. Cancellation by Aslam Marketing CXO

We reserve the right to cancel or decline service if:

  • The Client’s business violates our ethics policy or involves illegal or harmful activity.
  • Payments are not made on time.
  • The Client is abusive, non-cooperative, or repeatedly misses approval deadlines.

In such cases, fees for work already completed remain non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from approval.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Any applicable payment gateway, transaction, or GST charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
